Non-Member rates apply to any person or group who is not affiliated with one of our supporting member churches. If you are not sure if this applies to you, you can check out our list of supporting churches HERE. |
To find your correct rate: First determine your season, then your number of days you will be using the camp. Each 24 hour period is one day (e.g. 5 pm on Friday - 5 pm on Saturday counts as ONE day, not two). |
Persons attending with a group but not staying the night will be charged $5 less per day. |
Children 4 and under are free. |
Additional cabins are $20 extra per night |

| NEW FOR 2011! If your church is using Camp Sooner for a CHURCH FUNCTION, there will be a "member church event" rate of $10/person/day with use of everything on the grounds included (Dining Hall, Retreat Center and pool) with a minimum fee of $150/day and a maxium of $250/day. This rate applies to youth group retreats, ladies' retreats, church family day, etc. The retreat must be paid for with a church check. Contact us for more information. |

| SOUND SYSTEM: The Dining Hall has a sound system complete with a "new to us" sound board. As an "insurance" policy for our equipment, we have a $10/day fee for you to use the system. We would like for you to have someone familiar with sound operation to run the system. If you do not have such a qualified person, we can provide one for you for an additional $5/occurance. |
| SODA FOUNTAIN: The Dining Hall has a soda fountain (Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, and Root Beer). If your group would like to use this, we MUST know in advance so that we can be sure to have enough pop on hand. The fountain can be turned on for you at your convenience, but is $1/person/occurance - with unlimited use during that time (max of 2 hours). |
