Camp Sooner is operated on a board system. Each member church is allowed to be represented by two Trustees who are voted into office in two year terms. Votes are held at each annual board meeting. Trustees are given voting privileges at every board meeting. Board Officers are also given voting power, but are not counted in the two representing members from a church.
